June 24, 2013 – As a follow up to last week’s Health Intelligence Network webinar, Health Coaching’s Value in Accountable Care and Medical Homes, Alicia Vail, RN of Ochsner Health System, one of the largest non-university based physician training centers in the nation, presented an in-depth presentation and case study on how Ochsner has been able to effectively introduce health coaching into their clinical setting to best advantage, both for the patient as well as for the care team.
Ms. Vail was also interviewed by Health Intelligence Network. In this podcast, Ms. Vail describes how Ochsner Health System incorporates health coaches in its clinic structure and describes the benefits that result from the coaching intervention.
